I ran the software updates recently and haven't been able to see computers on my network nor the server itself when navigating there though Finder (on my Mac) and Explorer. I even tried to force it to connect to the server but it fails. Now all my data is unaccessible to me.
I did manage to finally get in through FTP, but that's only good for a temp solution. How can this be corrected? I really have no clue how to troubleshoot this server.*
* I actually got Mac OS X Server because I thought it would be easier for me but it ended up way more convoluted and a pain so I'm sticking with SME! :)

Report to the bugtracker supplying all actions that leaded up to the problem and the error messages you have been shown. Try not to paraphrase but state facts.

Can you connect to the Server Manager?
How do you connect the Macs (afp:// smb:// ??)
Do you do the always famous "signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot"
Can you connect via Terminal "ssh admin@yourserver.com"?

Yeah, I can connect to server manager via http and the server via FTP. afp and smb I have tried and have not been able to connect.

This is where it normally shows in finder under shared. I should see "Lenny" there since it's my server's name. :) I haven't tried through Terminal yet....Now I have and it works great. :)
