I'm looking to build a low power SME server and essentially I'm looking for ideas from successful people who have done the same thing, or know of what will work.
The only real requirements are two large hard drives and a gig E network capability motherboard.
Anyone have any good stories to tell?

If CPU is not a critical issue, nothing can beat a mini-ITX board (well... maybe a pico-ITX).
I´ve one from +5years... runs fine with a power brick with MAX power output of 55W (but since I just have ONE IDE HDD on it, must be at half of this!)
Good luck
