-
Sorry, don't understand what you are asking.
-
Situation is, server is using statistik ip adres mode. what is diferent from global ip adres and vhen someone sends something to server on global ip it dosnt comes because server dont know it and vhat I have to do is to tell him to use both of them. I know it is with r0 - inkoming ang outgoing r1 or thomething. What to do???
-
What are you calling a global IP?
The static IP is from your ISP, and can be seen by the outside world, yes?
-
Statistik ip is that what gived by anather company who provides internet to us, and they are using three roter mode thats meen that outgoing and incoming ip is anather and I have to tell to server to akcept this ip too, like when outgoing use the statistik ip to global ip and when receiving from global ip to statistik!!!!
-
Is it like this?
Internet --> Global IP --> your static IP
Your static IP --> Global IP --> Internet
The static IP is a private subnet not seen by Internet?
-
yes!
And I dont know how to tel to the server to sed this information thro this model!
-
Okay, if you have a static IP address assigned to you by the ISP give that to the public network card. Make that global IP address (the one the Internet can see) the gateway address in the e-smith configuration.
-
Thanks.
Bu how to do it in root mode??
Sorry I am just learning
-
Use the admin screen. Log in as admin and select the 'configure server' option.
-
You say that in configuration I only have to give the public ip adres like getewey adres?
-
Should be, yes. Put in the static as the public address and what you call the global as the gateway address.
Give it a go and see what happens.
-
Thanks you I will tray it out!
Someone sead that I have to configure it in root mode by r0 an r1
