Title: Remove Drive from Raid

I've got a failed raid it can't rebuild becuase it gets stuck at 60% for some reason, I've replaced the second drive and now I want to replace the first one and because the raid hasn’t be built I will loss everything.

So what I want to do is remove the second drive from the raid and backup everything onto that then reinstall on a fresh drive and restore the backup.

So the question is how can I remove the second drive from the raid.

Just disconnect it.
sme will run happily on one drive in degraded mode.
