Hello All,
One of my clients is using a WIMAX (using a high speed usb plug-in-2-surf kind of modem of Tata Indicom). SO when he is trying to connect to us over vpn he is not getting through, while before when he was using adsl modem the vpn connectivity was good.
The log files here at the server show the following:

Can anyone please look into this as soon as possible.

is you client using windows and what version of windows is he using has he changed from say xp to vista as i live in australia i don't know anything about winmax and is he useing the windows pptp client
going by what you have said can you explain a bit more about the modem setup with winmax the way you have explained it he is using 2 different things to connect to winmax if he was connecting fine with plain ADSL it sounds like a winmax problem to me but as i don't know anything about winmax not really sure what the problem is maybe there is a firewall on the modem blocking pptp or gre i would give winmax a call
with the wireless modems out here you have to connect to the ISP first in windows via the pppoe client in windows first as the navi modems out here don't have there own pppoe or pppoa client inbuilt in then
