help to fix yum
Seriously it would help if you made some sentences to try and explain your problem and/or goals... instead of leaving us guessing what is you intent.

Also any problems with SME 8 Server beta1 needs to be reported to the bug tracker after searching to see if there is an existing issue open (which there is).
When opening a bug you will need to make sure it has as much information as possible to help us solve the issue.
Thanks.

You are using repositories that are not supported for SME Server 8 yet, have you read this: http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server_8 ?
Furthermore try to make sentences formulating your problem and explain what you did. You do not give us much information and I have to guess what you are up to.
As byte already suggested all problems, wishes etc. regarding SME Server 8 should be reported in the bugtracker and if you have not such a big knowledge on SME Server I think you should stay away from it for now as it is still a beta release.

the server-manager stop to work help ?
Do not report issues concerning SME Server 8 in the forums, please post them in the bugtracker which as much detail as you can, instead of the way you do in the forums which is very hard to follow.
If you do not want to use the bug tracker I suggest you stick to SME Server 7.3 and do not touch SME Server 8 until it is at least a release candidate.
