Title: Recommended ecommerce software to use on SME website
Post by: joshAU on August 15, 2008, 07:54:10 AM
Hello people.

Anyone use and recommend ecommerce software that I can use on my SME hosted website.
I realise there is a big range of software out there.

I essentially want the website to have a list of products with pictures, details and prices, with subcategories, etc, nothing too fancy.

I've had a very brief read up on Ozcommerce and Opencart.
I also saw the Apache Open for Biz project....
Which way to go???

I ideally want something that doesn't have a great learning curve, but is fully featured!
(Yes, I want my cake and want to eat it too).

I'm not adverse to a learning curve, I just dont have the time to learn yet another aspect of computing...at the moment.

any ideas or recommendations greatly appreciated

Thanks Mary.

Looks good, and a very simple install.
I'll give it a go.

Thanks for your help, once again.
