Title: Reinstalling Grub

I have just had a HDD crash so I Ghosted the disk onto another disk.  The damage seems to be confined to the MBR.  When I try to boot the new disk I just get a screen full of "GRUB".  I would like to reinstall the Grub loader.  Anyone know how I can do this?

boot from the sme cd and use the rescue option reinstall boot loader
