Hi after upgrading an old 6.01-01 server to 7.3 everything is working perfectly except email which can no longer send or receive. When the system starts up there is nothing listening on port 25. If so "/etc/init.d/qpsmtpd-forkserver start" then I can telnet to port 25 locally and test. If I try to send an email I get
451 Queuing declined or disabled; try again later.
Can anyone help me find fix this please?

You did remove all of your contribs before updating? I suggest you open a bug in the bugtracker.
