Title: create user without mailbox

Hello,

i have already searched in the forum for a solution to disable the mailbox/mailaccount for a single user...
but nothing is usefull!

has anyone an idea?

Yes, this is a good question !
We need to make some users with limited acces (like just ibays).

Locking the account will not prevent sending or receiving of email (but will prevent reading of received emails), and would also prevent access to i-bays.

OP can prevent users from receiving email from Internet by setting the Visible property of the account in the accounts database.

There is no feature in SME server which allows a user account to be created without a mailbox or without mail access.
