Title: HOW-TO Report Bug On SME 7.4 beta 1

I've try the SME 7.4 Beta 1 (fresh install)

I've try to report bug in bugzilla but SME 7.4beta1 is not present in bugzilla.

There are a bug in the french version of Management Panel. Accented characters are not managed.

Hey Olivier,

when entering the bug report choose Found-In-Version: development and Component: Translations

And be sure to describe the problem as detailed as possible.
