is it possible to change the black listed from uceprotect to accept the mails from blacklisted servers
this is the replay from outlook

The question you're asking is not an SME specific question, nevertheless to answer your question:
The problem is that the SMTP server that you eventually use (the one from your internet service provider) is listed on a black list. If you would have checked the URL in the mail message, you would have found the following information:
.....
If IP 193.252.22.241 is your providers mailserver we recommend:
Please send a compliant to your provider and request him to fix this problem immediatly.
Think about this: You pay him for, that you can use the internet without problems.
If he ignores your complaint or claims he can't do anything, you should consider to change your provider.

So you should encourage your ISP to take appropriate action, although I realise that's easier said than done.

the server mail.xx.nl give the reply that the sender is uceprotect level 1 is.
only the mails from companies who are on uceprotect.net are not accepted.
