Title: qmHandle not working (or partially)

I installed SACO qmHandle, i just want to force the queue but it is not working for that...it shows the different queues infos but when i try to force the queue i get

Qmail isn't running, can't send messages!

Thats from the panel...also tried

qmhandle -aAnd even if it dont give a "success" or "fail" message or say anything at all it did run the queue...

Should i raise a bug or i did something wrong?
