Title: Cant Acces Voice Mail

Hello,

I have searched the forum and have not been able to find a solution to my problem I have SME, Sail and Asterisk working with my Linksys spa 941 phones fine how ever I can not access my voice mail when I enter *50 I get a busy single I have also tried the *508 work around I still get busy single any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to set the dialplan in your Spa-941 to accept a leading * and pass it through to asterisk...

In some cases VERY (serious VERY VERY) important is External IP in Global Section
if you have somethink wrong there you can have authentication failure that means (99%) that you have wrong external ip address.
