Title: Apache Listening Port for Virtual Domains?

My ISP recently blocked my incoming port 80 requests.  I was hosting two sites one on the main domain and one on a Virtual Domain linked to an ibay.  Thanks to a great how to by Dan Brown I can now get into my primary site over a different port, but I am unable to access the Virtual Domain.  Any ideas?  Also if anyone knows of a good way to redirect an address to a specific port it would be appreciated!
