It says fixed ? Ok, fair enough, but how can I get this fix ? I now have 4 servers all showing the same issue with respawning.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any answer for you..

just some questions:
1) why do you open another 3ad instead of following this (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=42295.0)?
2) why do you use such a "stupid" subject?
3) why do you ask here and not in the bugtraker?

I thought that it best to pose the question in the correct part of the forum as it was not specifically related to SARK/SAIL.

Stupid heading ? Really? That was the specific item I was asking the question on, rather than entering all again here.

I have no idea how to use the bugtracker, which I admit is remiss of me. Perhaps a pointer or suggestion that I should use bugtracker?

you should write someting like "respawning too fast issue" or similar.. putting a url in the subject does't help readers to understand what you are talking about without:
- opening your 3ad
- going to that page

well, you have to request access credentials, then is simple: you go to the bug of your interest and post your question/observations
