I have two issues that I have been trying to solve, noting that I am using SME server 7.3 and I keep it up to date, and I also have dungog's mailsorting contrib.
I have been through the mail logs for each user, admin, etc and I cannot quite work out why the two things listed below are happening...
- one of the email accounts that receives email from a certain domain has all of those emails sent to the admin account.
i.e. a.b@mydomain gets mail from c.d@anotherdomain redirected to admin@mydomain
but all mail not from anotherdomain comes through perfectly - the second issue is that if an email arrives to: a.b@mdomain and copies others at mydomain, the each will receive duplicates equal to the total number of email address in the to: and cc: of the email, i.e to: a.b@mydomain and copies c.d@mydomain, then a.b and c.d each get two copies of the email
Any ideas what to do / where to look?
Note I have looked at the mydomain/user panels and checked for odd mail rules, and I only have one custom template for flexbackup (i.e. no mail related ones)
I realise that this might be better in the contribs forum, but as a.b@mydomain is not using their user panel, this indicates that they are not using the mailsorting contrib from dungog.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to uninstall the mailsorting contrib, just to be absolutely sure that it isn't causing the issue.
Then, if there is still a problem, it might be appropriate to file a bug.

uninstalled mailsorting, still have the problem. Hmm something is wrong, time to raise a bug report...
