Hello@All

change from color print to monochrome cause my pinter has only black ink cartridge
inside. (Driver for XP is set on XP-PC)

Does anyone know help?`How can i use from Ubuntu Workstation? Only SMB-Connect?

This doesn't seem like an SME related question to me...

I'd say simply configure the driver on the client pc to always print in black&white.

Yes, you can use the Printer Properties in the printer control panel to set the defaults for any given printer.

Solved!

Hello

i was forced to set at smb.conf

[printer]

use client driver = yes   (its a samba problem, it was set by default at my old pinterserver Debian-Sarge)

and i take a Windows XP Driver for cheaper model (only black print) for my use i have a Canon BJC-250 Color
i must take a Driver Canon BJ-200 without Color-Ink-Cart.

Then the user must not switch always from color to black print at menu.
