Title: Clam AV problem - - ERROR: Malformed database

My Clam AV in SME 7.3 stopped working.
Daily I receive the following email:

ERROR: Malformed database

----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
Known viruses: 1157
Engine version: 0.93
Scanned directories: 0
Scanned files: 0
Infected files: 0
Data scanned: 0.00 MB
Time: 0.066 sec (0 m 0 s)

How can i fix/reinstall clamav?
