Title: Standard SME 7.3 Installation *SOLVED*
Post by: SchulzStefan on November 27, 2008, 09:35:35 AM
Is cups a part of the standard SME 7.3 (or 7.4) installation? Is there a complete overview of all standard installation components?

Thank's for any reply.

No, cups is not default and no there is no direct overview of packages. You can browse through the repositories or do a rpm -qa to see what packages are ionstalled on a default SME Server.

Thank you for your reply. This is what I kept in my mind. How can it be, that cups is being installed as a dependeny, when I re-install e-smith-lprng? Before, I removed e-smith-lprng for an install of cups. I removed cups and re-installed e-smith-lprng.
