Title: backup to desktop works, but how to restore?

There's no restore from desktop choice. What am I missing?

Also, the text states: The "Verify desktop backup file" option can be used to check the integrity of a desktop backup file.

Where is that option?

I am not sure it is still there. IMHO the backup to desktop function was removed, but that seems not the case.
