Hi Guys
Is it possible to add and delete number and sets of numbers using the routes ??
I wish to use VOIPCHEAP as one of my international routes for calling out only.
-
I'm sorry but I don't understand your question. Can you amplify please?
Thanks

Sorry,
What meant to try to get across was, if I dial the international access code then the country code and then the number i require, the dialing patterns rule the strip the appropriate numbers and append other appropriate number to suit the format that the VOIP provider requires to allow the call to go though.
I.E. I dial 0011 44 123 4567890 the system should modify that and send 00 44 123 4567890
Is SAIL/SME able to do this?

Yes it is. There is a field called the transformation mask which can do this for you.
http://aelintra.com/docs/cgi-bin/view/Main/DocChapter096#Transformation_mask
Transformation masks appear in the Trunk entity (not the Route). A transformation mask to handle the example you gave would look like this...
0011:00
Kind Regards

I've got to read the Doc's a bit more closely

I have a trunk (Freshtel) that i need to put a * in front of the number. ie. *1234567890
How would be the best way to do this?
-
I'm not sure (without looking at the code), but I think transformation can do it....
Just put :* into the mask.
