Title: No WAN ftp access?

I have an i-bay configured with the user group "everyone" and I chose the option to allow access without password  for both local and wan and I'm unable to access it from the WAN side.  What am I missing?

Nevermind.... It was the setting in the "remote access" section that I guess was hanging me up.  changed that around and I can now log in like I wanted to.
