Title: Delver to multiple addresses
Post by: oncairns on January 16, 2009, 05:41:48 AM
In the email delivery field when setting up a User, is it possible to set up to deliver  emails to multiple addresses?

eg - abc@xxxxx as well  bbb@xxx as well as ccc@ xxx. etc

Have tried comma and semicolon and colon and spaces as separators but they don't work

I don't want to set up a separate group

Thanks

Create a group for the users and assign a pseudonym to this group.

Thankyou for the suggestion.
Tried that but it only works with users in the same domain who I include in the Group.

I realise now I did not explain myself.

I want deliver an email to the users own account, plus send as CC to at least three other different users accounts in other domains.
e.g. - original account is styled fred@abc.xxx  who gets the original email, then that same email is forwarded via the User Deliver field set to "Both Deliver Locally and Foreward" to  123X@aaa  and  456.bbb  and 789@CC.

You could create three users for them and configure their account to forward to the external address.
