Title: Hard drive not complete

Hi,

I run my sme server v5.1.2 and my 8.4 Gb HD is not completely detected.

Only 5Gb (approx.) are usable.
How can I increase this space ?

Please consider that I'm completely new to Linux...

What sort of hardware are you using? Specifics please.
Have you eliminated a bios problem by installing windows on it to see if it finds all your disk?

I'm using an IBM PC300 GL.

no pb under Win NT

any adviuce considering my HD has more than 1024cyl ?
