Title: Primary Ibay file permissions

Does this look right for proper file permissions in the primary ibays. Users cannot create a folder.

[root@shpwserver ~]# ll /home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary
total 12
drwxrws---   2 admin shpublicworks 4096 Dec 25 04:14 cgi-bin
drwxrwxrwx  22 admin shpublicworks 4096 Jan 29 15:18 files
drwxrws---   2 admin shpublicworks 4096 Dec 25 04:14 html
[root@shpwserver ~]#

Users are in group shpublicworks in server manager panel.
SME 7.4 serveronly mode

Users need to be "admin level" users to access Primary
or otherwise log in to a Windows workstation as the admin user
