I'm having a weird problem in some of my Ibays.
It started with me getting a error accessing some of my joomla sites
Got this error accessing 3 of the sites:
Could Not Index /. Check Permissions!!
I haven't seen this error before and googling it revealed nothing.
I then looked at the permissions on the index file and they looked fine, but I could only get the site to work if I gave others read permissions to the index file.
also when in joomla and looking at directory permissions, they all of a sudden, are all unwriteable
Have tried applying the permissions I usually do, but still they are all unwriteable.
With my limited knowledge it looks like a group that should have read permissions to all ibays - something like www maybe - doesn't have that anymore.
So how do I check that the groups that should have access to the Ibays for apache to work has that?
Hope I have made sense of this, have been looking into this all night :-(

This appears to be an issue with Joomla, moving to contribs section where it is more appropriate.
We can move it back if it is shown to be an issue with SME core packages.

Sorry but I don't think so, there is also problems with ibays without joomla.
On a site without joomla i get this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

So your only getting these errors on some ibays and not others ?
Did you double check your ibay permission setup and see the diff between them all.
Did you change any group settings recently?
Maybe you just configured some incorrectly ... like I did once lol
