Hi S & Others
Have a problem with installing other sme contribs on me sail/sme server.
From other posts (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,43093.0.html (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,43093.0.html)) and a bug (http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4936 (http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4936)) that I posted, I'm told that it might be a problem in the way the sail work. I have no idea so any help would be great.
I have also installed a few other contribs without any success either. I uninstalled these when i concluded that they didn't work. Funny thing is that the installs went with out a hitch. No errors.
So I am at the end of my limited rope with how to fix this.

I think we are onto something here. I turned the dynamic proxy off and the sarg page came up. I entered the url into the ignore and turned the proxy on and the page failed.
Any suggestions?

what exactly did you enter for the url?

I entered https://myserver.mydomain/server-manager/cgi-bin/sarg

just enter /sarg

Also, try explicitly exempting your server address in the proxy settings of your browser.

Tried entering /sarg with no change to the results
Even tried enter the machine name with the domain name with no change in the results
I'm totally stumped now

Then you should turn dynamic proxy off. It isn't necessary for day to day running. It's a feature mainly used for remote support of customer PBX. If you are running locally then you can just as easily log onto the phones from your browser.
