- 700 final bugfix to tags
- 700 fixed bug in inbound DiD class
- 700 fixed bug in inbound routing to allow conference rooms to be selected
- 700 fix to 'migrate' to remove perl exit and replace with perl return - it was causing early termination of the whole migrate run

Confirmed that this works both in a new install and in upgrades; closed the associated bug 4995.
