I've noticed twice in the last couple of weeks that contribs.org has been unreachable but I believe that my internet connection is good. Are these problems related to the hardware failure or just maintenance?

I have also noticed this and opened a bug (5003 (http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5003)).
