I've been looking through here and the Wiki but don't see anything mentioned. Just checking.

I don't have any updates available. What happens when you do a
yum check-update
from a shell? Do you get the same amount of updates?

Hmmmm.... now they aren't there in Software Installer either. Maybe an old cache that didn't clear out or something. Seems odd though. I'll do a reboot just to be sure.
