Title: FTP usage problems!

Hi!
I have been useng user account like ftp client, but when I resume write to server throo the ftp server dont alow to do this.

After all is there any way also hoe to set permisions on user acount throo ftp that you can reed you can downloud; you can write; resume writing but permision is set on deleting???
