Title: hylafax SMERPfax 7.4 errors

YESTERDAY, I tried to install SMERP panel on sme74, and wedged my US Robotics modem

TODAY software update reports

/etc/e-smith/locale/fr/etc/e-smith/web/functions/faxsrv not in UTF-8 format
/etc/e-smith/locale/fr-ca/etc/e-smith/web/functions/faxsrv not in UTF-8 format

good news was, got a Brother WiFI All in 1 fax for $99, and it is saving the faxes on the SME server!
