Title: Horde fatal error

After performing the recent updates I was getting an error reported in bug 5056
http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5056.

this was resolved by following John Bennett's advice to upgrade the horde
components.

I am now getting the following error on the webmail login page

Horde fatal error

A fatal error has occurred
imp is not activated
Details have been logged for the administrator.


I tried

config set imp service status enabled

with no success.

reported as bug http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5075
