Title: Question help "Perform backup to a USB Device" on console SME Server 7.4

Backup to a USB Device is listed on theServer console in SME Server 7.4. Is there any documention i can read before i proceed with trying this. What does it backup...just the files on the server or everything including the config files like users and passwords that kind of info???

Or at least search for them, I know for sure you would have found this on the keyword 'backup' when searching the wiki.

I can not find any documentation on this......on SME Server 7.4 screen number 8 on the list is "8. Perform backup to USB device." trying to find info on this before i give it a try.

Sorry this is not quite what i was looking for, this has to do with tape backups.
I am looking for any documentation on the "8. Perform backup to USB device." that on the SME Server console at the bottom of the list onversion 7.4

Sorry but article that is the answer, as it covers all backups. The standard restore inclusion list referred to, is used by all backup & restore methods. Tape backup additionally backs up all files on the server, but only restores the standard list of files.
USB backup is the same as backup to desktop or backup to workstation, as far as file inclusions are concerned.
