Title: The First login

Hi
I am new here.
I have installed and configurated SME server for the first time.
After Reboot  i sayes:

"Servename" Login:

I have tryed to type some of the names i have been writing uder the configuration and enter, and it write:

Password:

and when i try to type the passord nothing happens, "no stars" just after a few seconds:

Login incorrect

What do i do Wrong

welcome to the community..

you don't need to login on the console.. you should open a browser from another pc in lan and go to https://your_server_ip/server-manager.. then login as user "admin" with the root password (you should remember it ;-))

as everything is in documentation, I ask you to read it (link is above) carefully.. this is the only way you will learn hot to use your SME server.

of course, before posting, use the "search" link above to find answers to your question before posting them :-)
