Nobody on this website is involved in the design of horde.

Ok, let me re-phrase this question:
Is there anyone on this website that is involved with using horde that may be able to answer the said question regarding the said subject ?

Thanks

Yes!  When you create a virtual address book, you must then go to options, address book, column options, and choose which additional columns you want displayed.

YOU ARE THE MAN
Awesome, thanks

I see it now
When creating the virtual book I just assumed that it would have used my previously set column options, but it just takes you to your new virtual book which by default is just the names column and when you go to the options is shows your colums already set, I did not even see the new virtual books to the left in which I can select my book then set the colums

For anyone else who may be unaware once you select you new virtual addressbook, you can then select options as (mrjhb3) has brilliantly pointed out, and the set your columns for that particular virtual book.

This feature will be very useful

Thanks again for the reply.

P.S
What is the proper procedure to mark this post as solved ?

I love Horde

Hi
One last question

I noticed there is NO edit/contact on a virtual address book ?
Does this feature also exist someplace that I cannot find ?
Or
Can I only edit the contact from the main address book ?

Please advise
Thanks

since this is clearly a horde question and not a SME one, I think it should be asked on horde's forums, not here.. :-)

Why?  A lot of questions here are not SME ones, but they still get asked in the forums.

Agent86,

From my usage, you can only edit the "real address book" as the virtual is just a view from the real one.  Once the real is updated, the virtual will be as well.
