You unplugged a USB device without umounting first. Reboot will fix.

 OK, my guess was wrong.

 What does:

 dmesg | grep sdc

 tell you?

The dm-0 and dm-1 devices suggest you have some sort of 'fake raid' setup. If you have RAID capability in your M/B chipset, then check that it is disabled in the BIOS.
-
i check the raid settings as soon as possible in the bios.

				".. evrey 5 minutes from admin7sme contrib .."

I assume you mean the sme7admin contrib. I would check my configuration settings for this contrib whether you might have enabled one of its checks to do for /dev/sdc?
-
I have not done a full search but I remember others having problems with this contrib recently
