Title: CDR Database - Search Minutes/Seconds switched
Post by: apmuthu on May 27, 2009, 03:01:54 PM
System Configuration:
SAIL v2.3.1-4 (upgraded from SAIL v2.2.1 series) on SME 7.4.

When we search the CDR database for Duration and we choose either Minutes or Seconds checkbox at the bottom of the form, we see that the Minutes choice is treated as seconds and vice versa when a search is submitted and the results are displayed.

It appears that the form is okay, but the form processor is erroneous.

Thanks for reporting this.

You need to log this with Areski, the creater of the Asterisk Stats program.  We simply guest it under SAIL, we don't maintain the code (other than to add our SARK banner).

The Flash Operator Panel and Areski Stats are third party products that we proxy to.  They don't actually run inder the same web server as SAIL.

Kind Regards

S

It seems to work as designed. The confusion  was in the Form Display label DURATION not beqing qualified with a note stating that it should always be input in seconds. The Results radio elements are for determining how the display of the Duration should be formatted - mm:ss or ssss.
