Title: Thunderbird Push Install instructions in Wiki

Hello everyone,

If anyone is interested I have place my instructions on how to setup a "Push" install of Thunderbird onto client computers in the wiki http://wiki.contribs.org/Thunderbird_Push_Install (http://wiki.contribs.org/Thunderbird_Push_Install). This will also install a default pre-configured profile too.

Please let me kow if there are any issues or comments.

Would I be able to push other applications such as firefox as well?

Yes, I am pushing Firefox with the exact same method along with OpenOffice with a more complicated method.

OpenOffice instuctions will follow later.
