Title: Business and Non Business Hour settings for incoming calls

Hi

I'm a bit confussed.  I known that SARK/PBX (SAIL) is capable of switching from business hours where incoming call ring extentions to non business hours where you can set up a recording to tell people that your business hours are and then send them to voicemail or similar.

My confussion start at the beginning. I haven't created one of these before and don't know where to start.  Could someone be so kind as to run me thought the procedure step by step?
