I can not find in the how to. how i can enable the PHP. can any1 help me how i can do this from the client

PHP is a server side scripting language. It has no client side options.
To enable it, simply go to the Web Admin Pages (http://yourserver/server-manager), go into the Ibays section, click on the 'modify' link of the IBay you're interested in and turn on 'execution of dynamic content' (the bottom option).
The PHP scripts should be placed within the HTML directory of the IBay.
A more thorough explanation can be found at http://www.e-smith.org/docs/manual/5.1/i-bays.html .
