Hi

We recently implemented SARKHD, a "hotdesking" facility, for a customer of ours.  As far as we know it is the ONLY Asterisk based hotdesk facility which handles MWI, CLI, BLF and phone personalization.  All of the others we've seen simply redirect the caller to wherever the hotdesk user is.  With SARKHD, the donor phone becomes the hotdesk phone for the duration of the login (just like it does with Avaya, Nortel, Mitel and the rest in the grownups'  telephony world).  So your message waiting lamp will work properly, your phone preferences and BLF settings will be honoured and so on.
