Title: cannot create folder in sme server 7 if using vista , winxp i can create pls hel

i new in this sme server pls help . i cannot create folder in sme server if using vista . if winxp it works . pls help me how to solve this problem step by step cos i not good in this sme server

It would help if you could provide more details than you do at the moment, for instance any error message you are seeing and other pointers that can help us get a grip on your problem... keep in mind that we are not behind your keyboard and screen and do not have a crystal ball.

so sorry for the info . actually i like to create the folder by using map drive which is i create in my computer which is i can create folder such as new folder . and i try to rename it come out the error . such msg ( do you want to create it and i press YES ) and after i press it YES same massage appear ( do you want to create it ) keep the same massage like that . that what i try to explain . hope u understand it

maybe this logfile can help
pls help me urgent i cant transfer file or edit file name

This seems irrelevant... it just shows us you changed the action what to do with your logfiles in the server-manager panel. It seems you changed it from view to download.

Since your problems seems to be related to samba you should have a look in the samba log files first I think.
