Title: A pleasant surprise
Post by: MSmith on August 14, 2009, 05:17:58 AM
Picked up a new client yesterday.  The previous tech had been an owner's son who'd graduated college and moved out of town.  The office manager looked a little anxious as she told me they had a "Linux server" but relaxed as I assured her I'm comfortable with Linux.  I didn't dare to hope but yes indeed, in the comms closet was an old but still functional machine running SME Server 7.3!  w00t!

Some one made a good choice in the past then... makes live easy indeed.
