Have a look here then: http://www.sonoracomm.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=54&Itemid=32

Or even more complete and extensive the VMWare documentation on timekeeping: http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vmware_timekeeping.pdf

this is a false solution..

install vm client drivers on your SME (you need build tools)..

Not really, the answer is in the document I provided in an earlier post that refernces the timekeeping system of VMWare.

I've setup many virtual SMEs and I had problem with time just once.. in that case, the only solution for my problem was to install Vmware tools into SME.. naturally, before doing so, I read that document, but no way..

AFAIR there's an howto (http://wiki.contribs.org/VMware_Tools).. I'm pretty sure you'll find also a 3ad (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,42164.0.html)

good search
