Hi there,
I need to know if anyone has used SARK in a call center environment and how did it preform?
Any and all feedback would be appreciated.

Yes there are quite a few call centre deployments. SARK-HA runs well with the Queuemetrics software. It also runs well in areas where there are high numbers of short duration calls. We have a couple of call-centre case studies available, one involving a high-availability system and the other involving high call arrival rates. Send an e-mail to admin@aelintra.com and we'll send you the pdfs. If by any chance you happen to be in the UK next week then you can see SARK-HA and Queuemetrics being demonstrated on the ProVu stand at the Call Centre exhibition at the NEC.
