Title: Mail Conundrum

Hi,

I was wondering if there is anything I can do about the following ;

Billing Emails from our Dial-Up ISP goes to :- ourdomain@dialup-isp.com

All mail with unknown recipient gets forwarded to admin [me]

I would like the billing emails to go to :- manager@ourdomain.com

Is there any way to acheive this ?

ps I asked the ISP they say they cannot change the billing addy !

Do the bills come addressed to the same entity each time,
eg " payupnow@yourdomain.com "
If so you could give your manager the pseudonyme " payupnow "

I should have read your post properly, this may not be what you want, unless of course they are the only ones who use your domain name before the @.

Hi Graham,

The only thing I can suggest is to install Procmail (follow the how-to from Darrel / Stephen ?) and have procmail redirect the mail based on something that is common in every month's billing e-mail.
