Title: DNS Update from DHCP?

Hello,

today i was asked to switch sme from static ip to dhcp-server (Dyn-IPs)

the clients see the www but not the local samba network

if i want to enter the local ip+names into sme it fails

which contrib helps to resolv local net? do not want to hack 200 PC IPs..and Names..

do sme use tinydns??

hi

googling a bit I've found this (http://www.thismetalsky.org/projects/dhcp_dns.xml)

there's also an howto (in italian) for gentoo.. I will try to implement this on SME asap, stay tuned
