Title: New Users gets UID of deleted user?

hi,

I cleaned up our server and remove old users but did not delete the files they own in groupshares since it is being used. and added some new users. 

Now the new users have some files under their ownership. My problem is that these new users are not under the marketing group and that they are only allowed to have 1gb of disk space.

they incurred immediately files more than the required quoata.

Is there a fix for this?
